Birds may not eat suet balls for a few reasons. One reason could be that they are not familiar with this type of food and may be hesitant to try it. Additionally, some birds may prefer other types of food that are more readily available in their environment. It's also possible that the suet balls are not appealing to certain bird species due to their taste or texture. **

Ornamental birds, such as finches and canaries, can eat suet balls in moderation. However, it's important to ensure that the suet balls are free of any additives or preservatives that could be harmful to the birds. Additionally, it's best to offer suet balls as a supplement to their regular diet of seeds, fruits, and vegetables, rather than as their primary source of nutrition. Always monitor the birds' behavior and health when introducing new foods to their diet. **

One cannot select and mask in Photoshop because the Select and Mask feature is not available in all versions of Photoshop. It is only available in the more recent versions of the software, such as Photoshop CC. Additionally, the Select and Mask feature requires a certain level of processing power and may not be available on older or less powerful computers. If the Select and Mask feature is not available, one can still use other selection and masking tools in Photoshop to achieve similar results. **

You may not be able to select and mask in Photoshop if the image you are working on is not a layered file. Select and mask tools are typically used on images with multiple layers to allow for more precise editing and adjustments. If you are working on a flattened image or a background layer, you may need to first convert it to a layered file before being able to use the select and mask feature. **
